Crochet Henry VIII Doll Pattern
Henry VIII is one of the more famous kings of England, reigning from 1509
until 1547, and known for his six wives. You might remember them by:
divorce, beheaded, died, divorce, beheaded, survived; referring to Catherine of Aragon, Anne Boleyn, Jane Seymour, Anne of
Cleves, Catherine Howard, and Catherine Parr. I based this doll of the
famous portrait of Henry by Hans Holbein the Younger, the original of
which was destroyed but has survived through its many copies.
This pattern is available for purchase on my Etsy shop (along with more details) or raverly.
It will come as a downloadable PDF, which includes multiple pictures to follow along with and is worked in one piece. This pattern is in English and uses US crochet terminology.
A finished version of the doll is also available.
